We would like to thank all those who attended the Beaconsfield Citizens Association’s (BCA) “Meet & Greet” reception on Friday evening, March 28th at the Lawn Bowling Annex. Over 60 Beaconsfielders came out to share their vision for Beaconsfield, discuss current issues and support the BCA.
Members of the BCA Executive Committee welcomed citizens from all over Beaconsfield, and in attendance were also a former Mayor and Councillors who were on hand sharing their past experience and current views with other citizens.
In a casual atmosphere, numerous ideas and suggestions about visions for Beaconsfield were discussed. Those in attendance also took a few moments to complete a survey. The survey indicated that people were quite concerned with taxes and not in favour of the new library.
