The Beaconsfield Citizens Association (BCA) is a volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to promoting citizen involvement in the community.

Our mandate
The BCA seeks to raise awareness among Beaconsfielders on the issues and decisions that have an impact on their city and their quality of life. It monitors the political and administrative decisions taken by the city’s elected officials and administrative staff, speaks on behalf of its members on crucial issues and provides information to residents that will help them make choices at election time....
